My weekend with Dylan Marius

It was a great weekend I spent with Dylan Marius. Here's a picture of me arriving at Dylan's house with a top of the world view. Dylan and I had great loads of fun together. That evening Dylan and I did some yoga, boy did that look tiring.
That evening, we watched Transformers Prime on TV and fell asleep in my brother Jason's room.

The next day Dylan took me swimming. We had a blast. He was swimming and I was making funny faces at him to try to make him laugh. The we hung out in the locker room. Dylan's Mom snapped some photos.

After leaving swimming, Dylan's Mom took us shopping and then we had a bite to eat at Panera's. I saw Dylan woof down a chicken chipotle sandwich. I prefer peanuts myself.

The next day we went snow tubing. Boy it was cold. It was too cold for me on the tubes so I waited for Dylan in the car. Later on Dylan and I had a big ice cream which I enjoyed very much. Overall I had a great weekend with my friend Dylan Marius.

Weekend With Jaysen

I met Jaysen on January 18, 2013.  He was a handsome fellow, we were both thrilled to find out that I would be spending the weekend with him.  His mom picked us up after Chinese Club at St. Michael's School.  Chinese Club was interesting.  I had no idea how to say, "hello" in Chinese, but Jaysen taught me.  It was easy..."ni hao."

Jaysen lives in a big house.  He has an awesome room and plenty of toys.  I met his 3-year-old sister, Emily.  She talked to me and told me that she brought home a monkey just a few months ago from her daycare.  She took a lot of pictures with that monkey and filled out a journal.  I spent some time with Emily while Jaysen worked on his chess and piano.

After Jaysen finished his chess homework and piano homework, his mom let us play with Jaysen's legos.  He has boxes and boxes filled with legos.  We made so many things, took them apart, and made many more other things.  Jaysen's dad came home later that night. Jaysen introduced me to him, and we played some more.

I went to bed with Jaysen that night.  He has a big bed, so we slept very well.  He has an awesome night light.

The next morning we had breakfast and got ready for chess class.  On the way to chess class in Springfield, New Jersey, Jaysen's dad stopped at a Dunkin Donuts where he got us some great treats.  I had a peanutbutter donut!  Jaysen had a chocolate donut.

We went to chess class, but the best part was at the end when everyone was matched up with each other to play a game.  Jaysen played against someone older than him, but Jaysen dominated.  Jaysen managed to capture many more of his opponent's pieces, and at the end, the teacher came and said Jaysen won the game because time was running out and we had to go.

After chess class, Jaysen and I went to the mall.  The purpose of our trip was to buy a few things.  First, we bought a lot of stickers and other things for an arts and crafts project.  Second, we went to buy a movie that we can watch that night.  Jaysen's family has movie night every Saturday.  When there is something in the theatres, they go there, but when there is nothing, they have movie night in the family room.  They have a huge screen and surround sound.  When the lights go out, it's like being at the movie theatre.  We bought something called Harry Potter to watch that night.

When we got home, they dressed me up in a costume and took a picture.  It was all of the arts and crafts project that we had that afternoon.  Jaysen dressed up in a costume too.  We created this huge poster of us having fun that afternoon.  Jaysen will bring it to class this Monday.

Movie night was incredible.  Jaysen's mom put some peanutbutter flavor on the popcorn she gave me.  Yummy!

On Sunday, we went to church and then to Amelia's birthday party at Pump It Up.  The party was great.  It was nice to see everyone that I had met throughout the school year again.

I wish I could post some pictures here.  Jaysen's mom and dad took so many pictures, but when we tried to post them, we could not upload anything.  Oh well.  This weekend was wonderful.  I hope to spend more weekends with Jaysen.

Weekend with Layla

Dear Classmates:  Layla was so excited to bring me home this weekend.  It was a great ending to a tough week.  Remember she feel and scrapped her nose, glasses and knees.  But Friday was great when she heard that she was the Star Student for the week.  We went home with Layla's Dad and waited for her Mom to get home.  We watched the first episode of Sofia the First together.  Then we went to dinner and visited Barnes and Nobles to look for some books to read.  I helped Layla pick out a DocMcStuffins and Princess book.  Then it was back home to go to sleep.  On Saturday we relaxed in the morning and went to ShopRite.  Sunday came and we were off to church and Rockaway Mall to return Christmas gifts. Then we got ready for school.   It was fantastic visiting with Layla.  Love, Squirt.

Weekend with Natalie

I had the best weekend with Natalie. We were on the rug with a warm fire watching Jumanji and played the board game Jumanji, Natalie's Dad won and I came in second. They took me to Shop rite food store and there was a whole shelve of my favorite foods, peanuts. Me and Natalie were playing Club penguin and meet one of her friends Emma and Lisa. I meet Natalie's cat Matty and she is very fuzzy and cute. I also meet some of her stuffed animal friend, the howl, the snake and the abominable snow man.

Christmas and New Years Break with Kaleigh !

Dear 1st Grade friends,
Well after a very fun filled day on Friday with our Christmas party in 1st grade with all my friends I found out that I was going to spend my Holiday vacation with Kaleigh!  I knew she was super excited to have me come and visit because she squealed very loud and ran up and hugged me sooooo tightly.  Kaleigh told me she had been waiting anxiously to have me come for a sleepover.  The fun was only just beginning.  I got to meet her mom, dad, brother Bobby and dog (Hershey).  That night I slept with her as she snuggled me real close.

The next day we helped put all the lights on the family Christmas tree which was super tall and her brother said it was 12 feet high- man did her mom have to use a lot of lights, so many that she had to run to the store to buy more.  All day Sunday we decorated the tree and sung carols and finished decorating and cleaning the house for the Christmas Eve party the family always has every year.  On the 24th I stayed home with mom and finished all the 'touches' to the house while Kaleigh went with her big cousin Tina until the party started.  There were so many people and so much food and everyone was very nice and I got to meet all her cousins and aunts, uncles and her 'Mi-mi' and Nana and Papa too.  Her Papa has a big white beard and belly and when he was reading all of us the Night Before Christmas story I almost thought it was Santa reading to us.... hee hee hee  Then we went to bed almost too excited to sleep waiting for SANTA to come!  And he did !
We woke the next morning and there were so many presents, smiles and laughing and wrapping paper everywhere.  Santa ate the brownies we left, the reindeer ate the carrots and Santa even left white glittery boot tracks on his way out- super cool.  We played with all her new toys and had some fun when her dog Hershey was playing with his new toys too, but her mom took a little nap on the couch while we watched to Disney parade because she said she was tired- I wonder why???  Then we all got dressed for dinner at her Nana's house and more presents with her family and all her cousins again... yay
At the movies...
It snowed on Wednesday and her and Bobby went sledding on the hill in the yard, they were going really fast.  I had to watch them from inside because I forgot to bring my boots and snowpants but Mom let me have some marsh mellows (which I love) because both Kaleigh and Bobby are allergic to peanuts so I tried something new.  We also went to the movies to see "Rise of the Guardians" and had dinner at Arby's and more sledding all week and watching lots of Christmas shows on t.v. (mom really loves Christmas) and making cookies.

The week flew by and it was Sunday and we went to celebrate Christmas once again with her Mimi and guess what?  More presents ! wow - what fun !  The next night was New Years Eve and her mom and dad both had to work so me, Kaleigh and Bobby got to have a super fun sleepover at Mimi's house and had so much fun.  We had lots of snack food to eat and played and got to count down the ball dropping and really loud horns to blow and I even got my own special hat to wear! !  Family day with mom and dad all day Tuesday and then time to get ready for school Wednesday.  I had so much fun with my pal Kaleigh but I am happy to see all my 1st grade friends again ...  Love, Squirt
